Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be new, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before sending anything back. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.
- Please write the RA number clearly on the outside of the return package.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
Non Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom, made to order, or special order items
- Assembled or used items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged due to improper assembly, misuse, or customer handling
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival so we can address carrier claims and resolutions on time.
Shipping
Standard Shipping
- Most in stock items ship within 3 to 7 business days.
- Estimated shipping or delivery timing will be shared at checkout or during order confirmation.
Large and Freight Shipments
- Larger items ship via freight carriers and are delivered curbside.
- Curbside delivery means the driver delivers to the curb or end of the driveway/entrance; moving items inside is the customer’s responsibility.
- Inspect shipments upon arrival and report any issues within 48 hours.
